TechFuture Innovations announces the successful installation and commissioning of IRS-approved Railway Point Machines at the Duhai Depot of NCRTC’s Rapid Metro. As a result, this vital component of railway signaling and infrastructure now ensures the safe, efficient operation of trains across track switches.
The Point Machine is a critical component of railway infrastructure. Specifically, it controls the movement of railway track switches (also called points). This allows trains to move from one track to another. The machine operates by mechanically moving the rails to the desired position, thereby directing trains along the correct route. Ultimately, Point Machines are essential for safe train operations, particularly in complex rail networks where multiple tracks converge or diverge.
